CivicLens AI offers optional donor and supporter payments that help support the operation and development of the service.
Payments made through CivicLens AI are generally treated as voluntary support payments for access to higher usage limits and continued product development.
If you believe a payment was made by mistake, was duplicated, or you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving donor access, contact us at civiclensai@gmail.com.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please include the email address used for payment, the payment amount, the date of payment, and a short explanation of the issue.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe. Refund timing may depend on Stripe and your card issuer or bank.
